The story of MakeMy Meeting
In early 2022, our founders — Lena and Tobias — were running back-to-back consulting projects across three time zones. They were drowning in "let me check my calendar" emails. Lena built a simple script to share a booking link instead. Tobias put it on a server. Their clients loved it.
Within a month, every colleague wanted the script. Within three months, it had a proper UI. By the time they launched publicly in September 2022, the waitlist had 2,000 people who'd found it organically — they hadn't spent a cent on marketing.
Today the team is 11 people, fully remote, spread across 7 countries. We're profitable, independent, and fully focused on making scheduling a problem you never have to think about again.
