Here are the ones we hear most often.
Is the free plan really free forever? +
Yes, genuinely. The Free plan doesn't expire. We're not going to pull the rug out from under you. We make money when people upgrade to Pro or Teams — not by limiting your free tier over time.
What happens after my 14-day trial? +
If you don't add a card before your trial ends, you'll automatically drop to the Free plan. Nothing gets deleted — you just lose access to Pro features until you upgrade.
Can I change plans at any time? +
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you keep what you paid for until the end of the period.
Do guests need a MakeMy Meeting account? +
Nope. Guests just click your link and book. They don't need to create an account, download an app, or do anything except pick a time.
How does payment processing work? +
We use Stripe to handle all payments. You connect your Stripe account and we take a 0% platform fee — you keep everything. (Standard Stripe fees of ~2.9% + $0.30 apply.)
